Orchard is part of the nursery school provision in Hillfields Nursery School. Orchard provides term time high quality education and care for children aged three – four years old
Orchard is led by a Teacher and Senior Nursery Officer who are well supported by a skilled and experienced staff team. The team meet together throughout the week to plan the environment and resource activities that will best enable the children’s learning to progress. The staff establish strong relationships with the children in Orchard, and develop an excellent knowledge of the children’s skills and interests. This enables them to ensure each child’s individual learning needs are taken into account when sessions are planned.
We link with the local primary schools in order to support each child’s transition to Primary School.
